pattern is formed by three American flags with the WASHINGTON
MONUMENT in the center with four American Flags (two on the right
and Two on the left) at the top of the base flag.
The background of the base flag is green in color to symbolize those
American’s to whom have given up their lives for (GREENER PASTURE!), to whom
made it possible. Therefore,
starting at the top of the base flag, just above the green and center, the
background to the second draped flag and the third Flag is sky blue in color.
