This device prevents automatic pool cleaners from being caught between an interior surface of the pool and the pool ladder. This device has a pair of side rails and multiple steps in between. It has a body to be positioned between the pool wall and the ladder. This body includes a pair of opposing side walls to span and obstruct the space between the pool wall and the side rails to prevent the pool cleaner from movement into the space. The pool device has a safety factor, keeping a person from slipping on the steps of the ladder and scraping their feet or legs.
